Lynn Montoya is a certified health coach, personal & group trainer and mother of two. For nearly 10 years, she has trained clients in private and group settings. No stranger to the gym herself, she’s been lifting since high school and her training techniques are a hybrid of the various styles and knowledge she has acquired over the past three decades. Montoya's workout philosophy is simple: train hard, in the least amount of time possible, focusing on movements proven to produce the greatest results (Push, Pull, Hinge, Squat, Rotation). The ever-changing, full-body workouts she creates combine elements of strength, cardio, core, plyometrics, HIIT and flexibility training and the equipment used includes, body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, TRX Suspension Trainer, jump ropes, balance discs and other agility equipment. No matter what your fitness level or goal, Montoya will encourage, motivate, and challenge you to become fitter, stronger and capable of doing things you never thought possible.
