HI, my name is Holly! I have participated in athletics my whole life and love being active. Although I am new to personal training, I have many years of personal experience in the gym. I have competed in international Alpine ski racing for the last 10 years and am currently a student-athlete at the University of Nevada Reno. I am excited to share my knowledge and skills with others who, also, want to improve their fitness levels and achieve their goals in the gym. I am truly excited to share information about how to improve fitness levels from the teachings of ACE and to see changes in the lives of my future clients.
