IHi, I'm Quiana, from Gary, Indiana, a wife, a busy mom of 3, once inactive and unhealthy now a a Fitness and Nutrition Health Coach based in Accra, Ghana. I help busy executives, to find time in their schedule for healthy habits, so they can finally get their health under control. After struggling many years to lose weight, I developed many healthy habits and I lost ~70lbs (~32Kgs). Now, I am eager to help others create sustainable healthy habits so they can reach their health and fitness goals too!
