I have been instructing group fitness classes since 2001 and am passionate about encouraging people to exercise to their ability for strength, endurance, and flexibility. I instruct 17 classes per week in Aquatics, Balance & Strength, Cardio, HydroRider, Mindful Body Movement, SilverSneakers Cardio, SilverSneakers Circuit, SilverSneakers Classic (muscular strength/range of motion), SilverSneakers Yoga, Tai Chi for Arthritis, and Yoga in the senior adult population at a Senior Center and FLEX Community classes.
