I have been a Personal Trainer since 2004. I decided on a career in Personal Training after recovering from a broken back that left me partially paralyzed for 3 months. I was told by medical doctors that I would never be able to regain the physical ability to enjoy my love of sports. The combination of exercise, Chiropractic and Acupuncture treatments helped my recovery and inspired me to help others with injuries and personal health goals.
