I love helping clients with weight loss, toning/sculpting, strength, & hypertrophy (muscle gain)! I believe that weight loss is simple if you apply the basic principles of good nutrition and exercise. My exercise routines include working with free weights/dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, weighted balls, fitness balls, jump rope, steppers, and weighted bars. I also incorporate cardio exercises, bootcamps, high intensity interval training, as well as functional, plyometric, static, flexibility, and body weight exercises. I believe in a balanced approach to exercise that uses a variety of techniques that allow clients to not only meet their fitness goals but also to provide them with fun and variety. I am committed toward the success of every client and have worked with a variety of needs.
