Fitness has been a big part of my life. Have I always been in shape? Absolutely not, like most of us I have struggled finding time, motivation, dedication and keeping a balanced diet. I have used all of the excuses, barriers, whatever you want to call them. But in the end, like you, I always knew the importance of being fit. We deny ourselves being fit by hiding behind our fears. I understand how little time we have in each day and trying to squeeze more in is almost impossible. That is why I applaud you and respect the fact that you are here trying.
