I have been in the health and wellness field for 11 years, but my love for living a healthy lifestyle began well before that as a competitive gymnast. I have a Master's of Health Promotion, and ACE Health Coaching certification, ACSM Exercise Physiologist certification, Precision Nutrition Level 1 and a CHES certification. I have worked in commercial, corporate, and private gyms as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, CrossFit coach, and Olympic lifting coach. I hope to engage and inspire others to take a sustainable whole lifestyle approach to their health and wellness.
