I am currently a Health and Physical Educator at a High/Middle School in New Jersey. I also coach girl's soccer and have coached girl's lacrosse in the past. I graduated from Rowan University with a Health and Exercise Science degree in December of 2000. I have been teaching and coaching for over 20 years. I believe that your overall health and well being is tied into getting the knowledge to make the healthy choices needed to live a long and fulfilling life.
