About
My name is Grace Theriot, and I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for 2 years. I graduated from Lamar University in December 2023 with my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I also played college soccer at Lamar for 2.5 years. In my time as a trainer, I've worked with both male and female clients of all ages, medical backgrounds, and exercise experiences. I am currently pregnant with our first baby and have become really interested in Prenatal and Postpartum fitness. I am a Christian and I believe that exercise combined with your faith can truly transform your lifestyle. I love volunteering at our church, planning for our baby's arrival, working out with my husband, traveling to the Midwest and South to see our families, and playing Nintendo Switch games with my husband. As for advancing my career, I plan to pursue a certification as a Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist in the next year or so. I'd really like to move into the niche of Women's Health and Exercise.
