My name is Niquole Abram “Niki” and I’m the Certified Personal Trainer behind Iron Aphrodite (IA). Although I’ve been active my whole life, my love of fitness started when I was 30 years old. This passion for fitness led me to get my NASM-CPT and ACE-CPT, and then go on to specialize in strength training, mobility, and corrective exercises. For the past year, I’ve worked with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. My ultimate goal is to help women feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. In addition, I help them increase their mobility and correct muscular imbalances.
