About
Retired NJ State Trooper starting my second career as a Personal Trainer. Fitness has always been a part of my life. I am interested in training anyone who has a desire to "be fit" or get/feel healthier in their everyday life. Sometimes all it takes is a little push and confidence in yourself to start moving in the right direction. I feel with my background I would also be able to prepare clients for law enforcement academy life. Have also been working part-time at the YMCA Freehold where I continue to assist individuals to enjoy exercise.
