About

Meet Andrew Koh — Guiding Health, Strength, and Confidence Across Generations Andrew Koh is the visionary co-founder of UFitness Singapore, a platform built on the belief that fitness should do more than provide training sessions — it should improve lives. His approach is grounded in personal connection, practical care, and tailored fitness solutions designed to support individuals from all walks of life, delivered in the comfort of their homes across Singapore. A former Singapore National Team athlete, Andrew represented Singapore internationally and earned both Silver and Gold medals at the Asian Bodybuilding Championships in Vietnam and Korea. In the 1990s, he was also recognised as Top Trainer in Asia, reflecting his dedication, excellence, and longstanding contribution to the fitness profession. Beyond his achievements, Andrew is deeply committed to helping people build healthier, stronger, and more confident lives. His experience spans swimming, functional training, senior fitness, and specialised exercise support for individuals with diverse health and mobility needs. Supported by respected certifications including ACSM, ACE, and other recognised industry credentials, he brings an evidence-based and compassionate approach to every programme he leads. For Andrew, fitness is not only about exercise or appearance. It is about preserving mobility, supporting independence, promoting healthy ageing, and empowering individuals to live with greater vitality, dignity, and confidence. Through UFitness Singapore, he continues to make fitness more personal, more accessible, and more meaningful for the communities he serves.
