My name is Himanshu Deshmukh and I am an Internationally "CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER" from one of the world's most renowned organization in fitness field "American Council on Exercise (ACE)". I love to apply research oriented, creative and effective teaching skills to help people experience a systematic, effective and precise workout routines. Not only I am a great motivator but also have excellent communication and presentation skills. I strongly BELIEVE that every person has different genetics, body structure, medical condition, health history, hereditary, eating habit, demographics and way in which body tries to move and behave during exercise. Thus, a thorough study and analysis of all these factors is required and kept in mind while designing exercise programs. Along with this a very keen observation of body's reaction from head to toe is absolutely required every single time during exercise. FITNESS according to me is all mind game. One has to understand the concept completely in mind first only then the body follows properly. "First Mind Then Body" as I love to call it. I SUGGEST everyone to be patient when it comes to fitness. Remember, Rome was not built in a day. We should focus more on process goals than product goals unless the situation demands for it. When it comes to exercise use it as a tool to improve personality, confidence & health of you and your entire family. Always have long term fitness goals rather than short term. As a personal trainer I consider that I have a huge RESPONSIBILITY towards clients as they are giving the thing that is most precious for them i.e. HEALTH in my hands.
