Healthy living, fitness, and nutrition have long been a part of my life going back to childhood, playing competitive sports and into adulthood. As a personal trainer, I am excited to share a lifelong passion of fitness and nutrition by helping others achieve their wellness goals. I hold a Bachelors degree from Montana State University in Health Promotion with a minor in Dance. I enjoy movement of all kinds and believe that everyone has the right to feel great and move with confidence. As a current owner/manager of a local eco-friendly cleaning service, I understand the value of hard work and the time commitment it takes to earn a living, raise a family, maintain personal commitments, and take care of oneself.
