As an ACE Certified Health Coach and Behavior Change Specialist, Victoria is passionate about making lifestyle change an exciting endeavor for her clients. She is a proponent of using Positive Psychology techniques (i.e. strength-based coaching) to help her clients to develop high self-efficacy. Her ultimate goal in coaching is to help her clients to not only make long-lasting lifestyle changes in their lives, but to also empower them with the skills to continue doing so independently as they continue on their health and wellness journey. With an undergraduate degree in biology from Loyola University Chicago, Victoria is passionate about using research backed methodology in her coaching as well as promoting content that is supported by the scientific community. She is dedicated to helping her clients cut through the health myths and fads to get to the truth behind what optimizes their health.
