After a career as an actor and dancer, Amy earned 800 hours in yoga teacher training though Asana Soul Practice, Prema Yoga Institute, and Urban Sadhu Yoga. She is also a certified Stretch*d therapist in NYC. She currently teaches open Vinyasa classes, Yin Yoga, Beginners' Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, and stretch classes for adults of all ages. She works with private clients in yoga and assisted stretches.
