About
I have Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher 200 training hours certification (registry ID 213838.) In addition, I have a certificate for 140 hours of training in trauma sensitive yoga. I started teaching yoga to children when I was an elementary school teacher. I left the school setting to concentrate on bringing yoga to people who might not otherwise have the opportunity. My belief is that yoga can benefit everyone. I offer private in-home lessons, and I lead a group in an inpatient addiction recovery center for perinatal women, as well as teaching in health club settings.
