I am Crystal McKnight and my passion is educating and helping people become a healthier version of themselves. After participating in sports in high school, I vowed to stay active. After attending a step aerobics class in college while obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy, it re-ignited my passion for fitness. This passion led me to years of various forms of working out from running bleachers, jogging, Tae bo, P90x and Zumba. P90x led me to my love for strength training and Zumba led me to become an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Zumba Instructor, and finally, an ACE certified personal trainer. In my mid-30's I realized that working out wasn't giving me all I needed. There was one important piece of the puzzle missing...my eating. My next step was learning how to make better food choices without yo-yo dieting and self-deprivation. Precision Nutrition was the missing puzzle piece. After obtaining my certification as a Nutrition Coach, I started implementing the habits based approach to eating. I want to share and educate others on the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and most of all have a fun time getting there.
