I am an ACE-certified group fitness instructor, ACE senior and nutrition fitness specialist, and the creator of a series of dance fitness classes offered by the Wellness Center at New York Presbyterian Hospital Hudson Valley and other Westchester organizations. During the Covid months, I posted a dozen of these "Rockin' the Clock" classes, all set to Rock music, on my YouTube channel (YouTube.com/@CardioRock). I am currently teaching in-person classes sponsored by NYP Hospital and the Town of Cortlandt in northern Westchester, NY.
