I'm a newly certified ACE pro with a background in athletics and martial arts. I started training martial arts (TaeKwonDo) and playing soccer when I was 5 years old. I was a four sport athlete in high school (Football, Soccer, Ice Hockey and Track), and I played ice hockey for the University of New Mexico and Stanford University. I've trained for over 10 years in kung fu, tai chi and qigong, and have an integrated and holistic approach, but I love good 'ol fashioned exercise! I'm also a newly certified coach in "A Matter Of Balance", an evidenced based course addressing the fear of falling and associated risks in older adults. I'm a former music and entertainment industry pro, and I still perform, so I LOVE inspiring people! To me, inspiration, energy and possibility are the foundations of good health. As an athlete, I've always been interested in athletic performance, and as a person who's undergone major surgery, I'm also interested in getting past obstacles and healing well!
