With several decades in the fields of fitness, health and wellness, Laura East’s journey has been driven by her mission to inspire people to cultivate health-promoting strategies for resilience and sustainable strength. She leverages her expertise as a yoga therapist and personal trainer, which has allowed her to design and lead programs that have empowered her community for over 20 years.
