I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Health Coach service in-person clients in Muskogee and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. I have specialty certifications in Functional Training, Fitness Nutrition, and Functional Aging. I coach people anywhere virtually to help them create healthy habits that are sustainable, stay motivated and reach their health and fitness goals. I love to help people discover confidence and strengths both physically and mentally that they didn't know were there. Helping them experience growth in their mindset around healthy living and their own abilities to maintain it is one of the favorite parts of my job. I own my own fitness studio in Muskogee, Oklahoma where I employ and mentor 4-5 other trainers currently to help give them a top notch facility to train their clients and grown in their own personal training business.
