I am a homeschooling mom of three. I entered the fitness industry in 2014 when I had my daughter. I became a CPT and then an ACE GFI. I love leading participants through amazing fitness experiences. Community is key to help keep people engaged and encouraged. I love leading uplifting sessions that leave people feeling stronger! I have specialty certifications for TurboKick, P90X, Core de Force, and TRX qualification. I plan on pursuing Health Coach certification through ACE next.
