Patricia has been certified as an ACE Health Coach since 2017. In fact, she passed her exam 10 days before crashing a four-wheeler and becoming a paraplegic living in a wheelchair. Despite the setback, she continued her journey to be able to help others become proud of what their bodies could do, but also find a better way to get them out of pain first. Cue Neurosomatic Therapy - the thing that both allowed her body to heal itself, and gave her a secret weapon in the fight against pain and dysfunction. Armed with the tools to help you through all five stages or rehabilitation, she hopes to find and address the root cause of pain with non-invasive methods, and then use the body's natural gifts to develop freedom of movement.
