I am a wellness enthusiast dedicated to helping people lead healthier lives. I have an extensive background in dance and theater and have always viewed these two passions as the sources for my love of movement and being well. I am a health educator who works with teens around topics of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and adulthood preparation. My experience working in the field of community health as well as in the theatrical world has taught me the importance of listening to people to best suit their needs and goals. As a recently certified group fitness instructor, I am looking to transition my skills and passions into the fitness world.
