God led me into this profession after years of low back pain. I participated in a triathlon races & consistently trained 6 days a week but seemed to never find a way to shake this pain. Sitting in my office and traveling for work only made it worse. Our family sold our home in IN, moved to Central Ohio to pursue an internship with a 20 year veteran in the industry while studying for my ACE certification. I spent 6 months studying these materials full time. I am thankful to say that what I've learned has changed my daily back pain drastically. For someone who was at the chiropractor 2 times a week beforehand, I haven't needed to get a single adjustment since moving here and acquiring the understanding from study and exercise training. I only hope to be a share all I've learned with those who suffer what I used to constantly deal with. :)
