About
The main objective of my wellness coaching is to educate my clients about various aspects that lead to a healthy lifestyle. I use the three legged stool analogy of wellness coaching. One leg of the stool represents cardiovascular fitness, another leg represents muscular strength/ endurance and the final leg represents nutrition. A 3-legged stool relies on each leg to be stable and intact, even losing one “leg” will make the stool topple over. This concept of balance translates well to each of those three dimensions of fitness. If we eat healthy, and exercise our heart, lungs and our muscles we will be balanced!
