I am an NCCA ACE Certified Personal Trainer, RRCA Level One Run Coach, and ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach. Before becoming a Personal Trainer I taught Karate and Kickboxing for over 10 years! I love the accountability and motivation of a group but appreciate the dedication of one on one training as well. I am an avid runner and have completed four full marathons and more than two dozen half marathons.
