My goal of fitness training is to get people moving with functional exercises that result in an increase of efficiency of everyday activities. I like to combine exercises that focus on mobility, strength and flexibility. I've been a Registered Yoga Teacher since 2009 and I believe this has given me a strong foundation for understanding the importance of having a well rounded mind, body, and spirit. Exercise is only half the equation to a healthy body. Good nutrition and mindfulness practices are key to a well-rounded fitness routine and a healthier life style.
