I just passed my ACE Personal Trainer Certification Exam. I am excited to become a Personal Trainer. I have taught PE for the past 26 years. I have continued to be athlete throughout my life. I won a world championship in Ultimate frisbee in 1995 and 2011. I completed the Lake Placid Ironman in 2007. Looking forward to helping people reach their fitness goals.
