I've been an athlete my entire life. I know the importance that health and fitness plays in every aspect of a person's life. I currently teach Physical Education for the San Mateo Foster City School District. My passion is Nutrition and Weight Management. I have two bachelors, one, in CFS/Nutrition and the other in Sociolgy. Both degrees go hand in hand, in assisting my clients with an overall knowledge of health and fitness. In addition, I have been ACE certified Since 2002. My biggest reward is empowering my clients with a healthy lifestyle, by improving their nutritional, physical and overall mental wellbeing.
