I have been teaching fitness since 1980, starting with aerobic dance, then step, and now pilates reformer. I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor through ACE and completed the Polestar Comprehensive training in Pilates Mat and Equipment in 2008. I am also a PMA Certified Instructor. I currently teach at APEX Rec Center.
