I possess a Master of Science & Bachelor's degree in Health & Human Performance and multiple Professional Certification including American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and a Certified Personal Trainer with American Council on Exercise (ACE), Exercise is Medicine Credentialed by ACSM, Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) Certified Aquatic Fitness Instructor, Schwinn MPOWER certified cycling instructor, American Red Cross Lifeguard & Water Safety Instructor Certified, American Senior Fitness Association (ASFA) Certified Brain Fitness Specialist & Interactive Metronome Certified. Favorite class formats include All-things-Aquatic, Pilates, BOSU, Club Swinging & Kettlebells, Swiss Exercise Ball & Pure Strength. My hobbies include swimming, cycling, rowing, mountain biking, indoor climbing, beginner fencing, and especially participating with family and friends in local 5ks and group bike rides.
