You will absolutely enjoy this positive health promoting experience, and you will want to keep coming back for more and more! Jeanette Logan has been involved in fitness and expressive arts for over 25 years. Her extensive experience in both arenas has helped her successfully inspire and motivate people of all ages (2 to 92!) to become more active and step into greater aliveness. Since 1994, she has focused her fitness work on training age 50+ adults because she really loves to work with this special population. Jeanette teaches low-impact aerobics, strength and balance training, chair aerobics, stretching, guided relaxation/meditation and line dancing. (Currently in Novato and San Rafael, CA.) She is also available for senior personal training and natural wellness consulting. Throughout the years, Jeanette's passionate curiosity about the many facets of natural wellness has led her to explore various types of fitness and healing. She believes we all have within us an innate capacity for self-healing and increased vitality. She says, “I feel so blessed to be doing meaningful work that I thoroughly enjoy. I’m very passionate about supporting others and myself in being healthy, energetic, capable, playful and aware in the world. No matter what your age or level of fitness there is always a way to exercise your mind, body and spirit to enhance and expand your joy for living.”
