Courses include:

Fundamentals of Coaching Behavior Change (0.1 CECs) - Gain familiarity with, and basic competency, in core behavior change strategies including motivational interviewing, cognitive coaching, smart goal setting, and implementation of the “5As” framework for structuring a coaching intervention.

You will earn CECs for each individual course you complete. If you have previously earned CECs for any of the courses in the bundle, you will not earn credits again.

To satisfy the requirement for renewal of certification by continuing education for the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE), continuing education activities must be applicable to diabetes and approved by a provider on the NCBDE List of Recognized Providers. NCBDE does not approve continuing education activities.
