The Creating Impactful Group Fitness Classes course bundle will get you up to speed on effective coaching techniques and strategies so you can guide your class participants to their individual fitness goals.

The ACE IFT® Model for Group Fitness Instruction – Learn how you can help your group fitness clients reach their health and fitness goals by applying the revolutionary ACE IFT® Model to create effective, challenging and individually appropriate group fitness programming, regardless of class size.

A Science-Based Blueprint for Creating Inclusive Yoga Classes – Learn how to design and deliver intelligently-sequenced, inclusive yoga classes that serve a wide variety of class participants so you can leave a lasting impact.

Multi-Level Teaching Strategies for Group Instructors – Understand how to accommodate different levels of fitness and skill in your classes through multi-level teaching strategies that enhance motor learning and movement efficiency. You’ll also discover how to recognize cognitive, associative, and autonomous learners and apply effective coaching tactics that improve skill development.

Note:  you will earn 0.1 CECs for each individual course you complete. If you have previously earned CECs for any of the courses in the bundle, you will not earn credits again.
