In this webinar led by ACE-certified Health Coach Brett Klika, you’ll learn the role of active play in physical development and physical fitness in youth. Discover the key elements of creating an exercise environment that encourages youth fitness through play and tips for creative play-based programming that’s fun and engaging for all ages.

You will learn:

  • To understand the youth health detriments caused by decreased levels of physical activity and play
  • Key elements of play-based programming
  • How to implement creative, play-based drills that engage children and teens of all ages
