#1 of 6 which was most of the material was in a 100+ pg manual like PDF. Would have been better to actually be a video to demonstrate the concepts in the TG manual like PDF. Also, as usual there should be some way to access the correct answers for ones I got wrong, for it to be a true learning experience.

Intended as a tool for fitness professionals with a wide variety of backgrounds, the ACE Total Gym Introductory Course offers insight into using a Total Gym incline bodyweight trainer to create fun, efficient and effective workouts for clients. The course provides a basic understanding of how Total Gym challenges proprioception and core stabilizers by incorporating three-dimensional movement and full range of motion in nearly every exercise. Upon completion, participants will have the ability to execute movement progressions and regressions, from isolation to integration, in all of Total Gym incline trainer body positions. Curriculum will also cover incorporating the ACE Integrated Fitness Training® model to develop Total Gym workouts that appropriately challenge clients with varied fitness levels and goals.
You will learn:
- To take clients through basic movements on a Total Gym
- Progressions and regressions that provide appropriate challenges for clients
- To understand the concepts of integrating Total Gym into a comprehensive training program
Besides the manual being very informative the videos were not helpful. They were only the intro of the course and didn't show any exercises. It seemed as if there should have been more than 6 videos for this course so maybe I missed some videos when I took it. The only video it even showed the machine was how to set-up and tear down.
