Reviews

Loved that the entire course was on video, and the videos were broken down so I could choose what I saw based on time I had. Very informative, and I look forward to working with my grandparents now!

This course was not appropriate for Health Coaches who do not have a Personal Training background. background. My error!

The material presented was modeled perfectly. This will be an excellent reference to use with my classes and clients.
