The ACE Integrated Fitness Training® (ACE IFT®) Model helps health and fitness professionals deliver custom, individualized exercise programs built on a foundation of meaningful rapport and strong personal connection. As the most comprehensive training model in the industry, the ACE IFT Model provides insight to better serve those striving to achieve everything from simple function to health, fitness and elite performance.
In Phase 3 of the ACE IFT Model, clients progress to higher levels of fitness through load training and the development of anaerobic endurance. This course will address how you can continue building rapport through these advanced stages, and as clients move into the performance stages, if applicable
You will learn:
- Basic tools of cognitive behavioral coaching
- How to identify exercise addiction signs
- Different eating disturbances that may appear in Phase 3 of the ACE IFT Model
