The ACE Integrated Fitness Training® (ACE IFT®) Model helps health and fitness professionals deliver custom, individualized exercise programs built on a foundation of meaningful rapport and strong personal connection.  In this course, you’ll learn how to utilize behavior change techniques in the advanced performance phase of the ACE IFT Model, a phase only a limited number of clients will ever achieve. With a focus on improving power, speed, agility, reactivity and anaerobic power, Phase 4 requires high dedication and commitment from clients. You’ll learn how to recognize and alleviate performance anxiety and bring in a number of techniques that can help your advanced clients remain engaged.

You will learn:

  • To recognize and alleviate performance anxiety among experienced clients in Phase 4 of the ACE IFT Model
  • Key components of progressive relaxation exercises
  • Tools to promote athletic performance with imagery training
