In the first of four courses that delve deeper into the Functional Movement and Resistance Training component of the ACE IFT Model, health and fitness professionals will learn how to properly incorporate stability and mobility exercises that improve overall function. Led by ACE Certified Professional Jay Dawes, this course will help you understand the foundational phase and how to apply its principles to clients with varying abilities and goals. 

You will learn:

  • To understand Phase 1 of the Functional Movement and Resistance Training component of the ACE IFT Model
  • Importance of incorporating exercises specified in Phase 1
  • How to plan safe and effective exercise progressions for clients training within Phase 1 of the Functional Movement and Resistance Training component
