Adding high-intensity sports conditioning drills to client workouts can produce positive results if applied safely and with proper progressions. In this course, featuring insight from ACE Certified Professional Pete McCall, MS, you will learn to challenge a client’s speed, agility, reactivity and flexibility with challenging and engaging workouts based in sports conditioning. Learn the types of drills that comprise a sports conditioning workout and how to organize them in a way for maximum effect based on the skill level of your client.

Proper use of intensity progression workouts for one-on-one training sessions
The key guidelines for using high-intensity plyometric exercises in sports conditioning workouts
How to explain the benefits and components of sports conditioning workouts for the purpose of general physical preparation (GPP)
The speaker in the video explained things well. The content was good review and organized well. There was good diagrams of some drills, although videos and maybe some more examples would've been even more helpful. Overall, good.
