Moving Together for Better Results
You know the great feeling you get when you help one client achieve their health and fitness goals. Imagine the satisfaction of helping multiple clients reaching their goals together. Group classes can lead to fantastic results since they promote accountability and empathy among group members. Research also shows that group dynamics can increase program adherence, leading to more sustainable results.
In addition, group classes can be a potentially profitable business move since you can share your expertise with more clients at one time.
In this 5-hour workshop, you will gain an in-depth look at the ACE Integrated Fitness Training (ACE IFT®) Model, and will develop an understanding of how to apply the variables of exercise program design to influence desired adaptations within a small group training program. You will also understand what it takes to build a successful small training program that will keep your clients coming back again and again.
You will learn:
- How to explain the general benefits of small group training programs to participants
- How to develop a progressively challenging exercise program based on the ACE IFT® Model
- How to teach progressions and regressions of an exercise
Please note that there are no prerequisite educational requirements for the Small Group Training workshop.
