This benefits both employees and the company. He will discuss the National Coalition for the Promotion of Physical Activity’s CEO Pledge as a free tool for changing worksite culture, offer a range of options for encouraging employees to be active, discuss public policy considerations, and make recommendations for greater integration of physical activity and employee wellness programs.

You will learn:

  • Evidence in support of creating active worksites
  • The value of the CEO Pledge for Physical Activity
  • A menu of ideas for creating a supportive environment for physical activity
  • Federal policies that may impact physical activity in the workplace
