In this webinar, corrective exercise expert Anthony Carey, ACE Certified Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist and founder of San Diego-based Function First, will discuss the critical aspects of chronic pain. He’ll also share relevant exercises for clients suffering from chronic pain, based on the biopsychosocial model.
You will learn:
- General guidelines for programming for a client with chronic pain
- How to establish goals and expectations for a client with chronic pain
- The constructs of the biopsychosocial model
