In this webinar, Barbara A. Brehm, Ed.D., professor of exercise and sport studies at Smith College and author of the ACE text Psychology of Health and Fitness, will help you gain a deeper understanding of the psychological benefits of exercise. She will also discuss how to help your clients maximize these benefits by incorporating an understanding of them into the goals and recommendations of your behavior-change programs.
