The rise of different types of footwear—including toning shoes, “barefoot” shoes and pronation control shoes—has made it difficult to know which options function best for your clients. In this course, presented by movement expert Michol Dalcourt, creator of the versatile product ViPR, you’ll learn how the foot reacts to different footwear options. You’ll also explore long-term effects of specific shoe types, and key dos and don’ts to keep in mind.
