Reviews

This Class was listed under the peer fitness section for police and fire. this class had nothing to do with that. It was all about the old and young nothing in the middle that would have anything to do with police or fire. I am not sure how old the book is but the video that came with it used studies and stats from the 2000's and late 90's. they need to be updated. The only good thing from this class is that it gave me the CE hours i needed.

Thanks again for the customer service and the help. I will definitely get some benefits for this course for preventing injuries and helping to build core muscles. I really appreciate the help.

Very good course
